Who is eligible for this treatment offer?
This offer is eligible for both new and existing patients who are starting a new IVF treatment.

What is the validity period of this offer?
This offer has been extended and is now valid until September 30th, 2026.
Note: you will need to have made payment in full AND started treatment before September 30th, 2026 for the offer to apply.

What are the payment terms?
The complete IVF treatment package fee must be paid in full within the validity window before treatment can begin for the offer to apply.

For instance, if you complete the full payment on August 31st, 2026, the offer will be valid regardless of when you started making the payment, versus if you completed the payment on September 30th, 2026, which will not be valid, as you will not have commenced treatment before the offer deadline.

Is there a timeline within which the treatment must be completed?
Yes. The treatment must be concluded within three months of making the full payment.

For instance:

• If you completed payment AND started treatment within the validity window for example – by September 30th, 2026, you will be eligible for the special package.
• If you have completed payment BUT not yet started treatment within the validity window for example by September 30^th, 2026, you are NOT eligible for the special package.

What is not included in this package?

• All preliminary consultations and diagnostic tests prior to commencing treatment.
• Any surgical intervention required prior to starting fertility treatment for example: hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, testicular biopsy etc.
• Additional consults, scans, blood tests and pharmaceutical drugs required over and above those allocated within the package are chargeable.
• If you achieve a positive outcome:
  • Post-pregnancy costs may vary depending on your progress (e.g., repeat tests or scans will be chargeable)
  • Final consult and pregnancy scan before referral to antenatal care: KES 12,500

Is infection screening included?
Yes, infection screening for both the female and male partners are included within this package.

Can I use my own recent infection screening results?
Yes, if your last infectious disease screening tests are less than six (6) months old, but no discounts will apply for use of these results. However, if your infectious disease screening tests are more than (6) six months old, we will do the tests again as part of the offer treatment package.

Are post-conception services included?
No, post-conception costs vary, and any additional pregnancy blood tests or scans will be charged separately.

Are there additional fees after a positive pregnancy result?
Yes, there is an additional charge of KES 12,500 for the final consultation and pregnancy scan before being referred to Antenatal and Obstetric Care.

What about other services like scans or medications?
All services not included in the treatment package such as post-conception scans or pharmaceutical drugs, are charged based on current clinic pricing at the time the service is provided.

What is included regarding cryopreservation?
The first year of storage (from the point of freezing) of your gametes or embryos is included in the treatment package fees.

What happens after the first year?
After the first year, annual cryopreservation fees apply, which are renewable one (1) month in advance of each renewal date. A signed consent and advance payment are required to continue storage.

How does the refund work if I use all stored gametes or embryos mid-year?
You will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused storage period once you use your gametes or embryos.

What if I stop storage or ask for the embryos/gametes to be discarded?
Storage fees end once all biological material has been used or if you decide to stop storage. A signed consent to discard is required at the point at which you decide to discontinue storage or at least one (1) month before the renewal date.

What happens if my treatment is cancelled due to clinical reasons?

• If before treatment begins: full refund of the treatment package fees already paid.
• If before follicular stimulation or oocyte collection: you will be charged for line items for services already provided; the remainder is refunded.
• If you have no viable oocytes for fertilisation after egg retrieval: KES 200,000
• If there is no embryo transfer due to the viability of embryos: a fixed refund fee of KES 60,000 applies.
• Pharmaceutical drugs purchased and utilised to the point of cancellation will NOT be refunded.

Are subsequent treatments covered?
No, any follow-up treatments, including a new IVF cycle or Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET) after the first treatment cycle, are charged at the clinic’s prevailing prices at the point of service provision. This applies to all IVF and Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET) after your first Embryo Transfer (ET) in the related IVF treatment cycle.

Subsequent treatment cycle refunds will be prorated based on the prevailing treatment charges.
