We recommend our patients plan for an estimated cost of KES 700,000, which includes consultations, blood tests, scans, semen analysis, infection screening, and the full IVF treatment package. This covers treatment drugs, egg retrieval, embryology lab procedures, the first embryo transfer, initial pregnancy testing and scanning, along with one year of cryopreservation for any additional viable embryos.
The pregnancy test is performed 14 days after the embryo transfer. It is a blood test, not a home urine test.
If pregnant, you will be asked to return to the clinic for repeat blood tests and eventually an ultrasound to ensure an ongoing successful pregnancy. You will be referred for antenatal care at an appropriate time to an Obstetrician of your choice
Your review with our consultant will guide on the appropriate time to start another treatment cycle.
