Any consultations, diagnostic tests and infection screening prior to starting on day 1 of your treatment plan.
We have included an approximate value for the cost of medication however this varies from patient to patient and your overall treatment cost maybe slightly higher or lower than indicated
Freezing eggs / sperms / embryos
Any surgical intervention required prior to starting fertility treatment e.g hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, testicular biopsy etc.
Payments
We charge a 1.5% payment surchage on all card payments above a value of KES 100,000 incurred in any treatment cycle.
We accept payments by mpesa, pesapal, debit/credit card and bank transfers.
We do no accept cash or cheque payments. We are happy for you to deposit the cheque payment to our bank account and send us a copy of the deposit slip.
We do not accept any medical insurance company guarantee of payments. Should you wish to utilise your medical insurance (if applicable), we will be happy to provide you with all the reports that you will require to get your approval. We will request you to pay us for the treatment and claim yourself with your medical insurance company.
