We’ve broken down our consultation and treatment fees step by step

Going beyond simple price lists and offering clear explanations, structured packages, and honest guidance at every level

Each section highlights what is included, what may fall outside the package, and how payments work, giving you the confidence to plan ahead, whether you’re coming for an initial consultation or advanced treatment.

Fertility treatment costs vary based on your personal circumstances, medical needs and therefore the treatment plans developed from that. Final costs depend on factors such as the amount of medication required and whether additional procedures are needed. As every fertility journey is unique, total costs may differ from person to person.

Before starting any treatment, our nursing team will take you through your plan and related expenses, giving you several opportunities to review and ask questions along the way.

  • Follow Up - KES 5,000
  • Second Medical Opinion - KES 7,500

What types of consultations are available?
We offer both physical consultations (in-person at the clinic) and teleconsultations (virtual appointments with the Specialist).

How are physical consultations paid for?
Physical consultations are payable on the day of your in-person visit at our clinic, giving you flexibility if your schedule changes before your appointment.

How are teleconsultations paid for?
Teleconsultations must be paid in advance to secure your booking, ensuring your time slot is reserved and confirmed with the Specialist.

What is the cost of a first consultation?
A first consultation (physical or tele-consult) is KES 7,500. If more than one year has passed without contact from the first consultation, you will be charged the first consultation fee again when booking a new appointment. Within the year after the first consultation, follow-up fees apply.

What is the cost of a follow-up consultation?
A follow-up consultation (physical or teleconsult) is KES 5,000. This fee applies to all consultations after the first, provided they occur within one (1) calendar year of your first consultation.

What is a second medical opinion?
A second medical opinion gives you the opportunity to have your case reviewed by one of our Fertility Specialists, when you would like another perspective on your diagnosis, treatment plan, or previous results from another facility.

What does it involve?
During this consultation, the Specialist will:

  • Review your medical history, test results, or previous treatment records (if available).
  • Discuss your current concerns and any questions you may have.
  • Provide an independent, professional assessment of your options and recommendations for next steps.

This service is especially valuable if you have been treated elsewhere and want confirmation before starting or continuing a treatment plan, or if you would like reassurance that you are making the best possible decision for your fertility journey.

What is the cost?
The cost of a second medical opinion is KES 7,500, whether you choose a physical appointment at the clinic or a teleconsultation.

  • Book Appointment
  • Scans - KES 7,500+
  • Procedures - KES 12,000+
  • Med Lab - KES 1,750+
  • Fertility Lab - KES 4,500

When are diagnostic tests paid for?
Diagnostic tests are paid on the day of service, unless they are included as part of a treatment package.

What types of diagnostic scans are available?

  • Ultrasound Scan: Transvaginal (TVS) — KES 7,500
A detailed internal scan to assess your uterus, ovaries, and endometrial lining. This scan uses a small probe inserted into the vagina to produce high-resolution images of your reproductive organs. It helps assess ovarian health, follicle development, uterine and fallopian tube structure, and cycle timing. TVS is especially valuable in fertility care for guiding treatment decisions and detecting any structural concerns.
  • Ultrasound Scan: Abdominal — KES 7,500
An external scan to view pelvic organs through the abdominal wall. This non-invasive scan uses a handheld device placed on the abdomen to visualise the uterus, ovaries, and surrounding structures. It is often used when a transvaginal scan is not suitable or to complement a TVS. Abdominal scans are helpful in monitoring treatment progress including scanning for successful pregnancy and identifying any changes in the pelvic organs.

What diagnostic procedures are available?

  • HyCoSy Scan (Fallopian tube and uterine cavity assessment)KES 20,000
A specialised scan to check if your fallopian tubes are open and your uterus is structurally healthy. HyCoSy (Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography) involves introducing a contrast agent into the uterus and fallopian tubes during an ultrasound. It helps determine whether the tubes are open and whether the uterine cavity is free of abnormalities. This test is crucial for identifying potential barriers to conception and planning appropriate treatment.
  • Endometrial Scratching Biopsy (Implantation support)KES 12,000
This is a gentle biopsy that may improve embryo implantation during fertility treatment. This procedure involves lightly “scratching” the endometrial lining to trigger a healing response that may enhance receptivity for embryo implantation. It’s typically done in the cycle before embryo transfer and is considered for patients with previous implantation challenges or unexplained infertility.

What medical laboratory tests are available?

  • Infectious Disease Screening – FemaleKES 29,930
A comprehensive panel to check for infections that may affect fertility or treatment safety. This screening includes tests for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis, and other infections that could impact reproductive health or pose risks during treatment. It ensures that fertility care is delivered safely and responsibly, protecting both patient and partner.
  • Infectious Disease Screening – MaleKES 17,780
A safety-focused screening for infections that may affect sperm health or treatment outcomes. This panel checks for key infectious diseases that could influence fertility or be transmitted during assisted reproductive procedures. It’s an essential step in ensuring safe sample handling and protecting both partners during treatment.
  • Hormone Profile Tests (each priced individually)
Blood tests that assess hormone levels related to fertility, cycle timing, and reproductive health. These tests help evaluate how your body regulates ovulation, egg development, sperm development and implantation readiness. They are used to diagnose hormonal imbalances, guide medication protocols, and monitor treatment response. Each test provides a specific insight:

    • FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)KES 3,120
    • LH (Luteinising Hormone)KES 3,120
    • ProgesteroneKES 3,120

  • Semen AnalysisKES 4,500
A lab test to assess sperm health, count, and fertility potential. This test evaluates key sperm parameters including concentration, movement, structure, and volume. It helps identify male fertility factors and guides decisions around treatment options. Semen analysis is a foundational step in fertility diagnostics and is handled with care and confidentiality.

In most cases, known egg/sperm donors agree to donate their eggs/sperm exclusively to this individual or couple. A known egg/sperm donor and their recipient will present to our clinic together and will be required to observe all the consents required in ensuring that they do not face legislative issues in the future.

Keeping your cryopreserved gametes and embryos safe, with your consent at every step
Egg freezing is safe. To date, there have been no reports of adverse obstetric of perinatal outcomes that affect the health of future children conceived using frozen eggs. There is no time limit on how long eggs can stay frozen. We will keep them frozen for as long as you ask us to.

This fee covers the secure storage and management of your gametes and/or embryos, with full transparency and continuity of care.

When you want to try for a pregnancy
In the future, when you’re ready, our embryologists will thaw your eggs and create embryos with your chosen source of sperm.

Thawing involves a warming of the frozen eggs. After a short period of recovery, the eggs are suitable for insemination by injecting a single sperm into each egg. Once the embryos are developed appropriately you will be able to undergo embryo transfer.
